Twice-Baked Potatoes

Large potatoes 4 Potatoes
OZO™ Plant-Based Ground ½ Package
Sour cream 1 Cup
Milk ½ Cup
Dried chives 2 Tablespoons
Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
Butter 4 Tablespoons
Salt ½ Teaspoon
Pepper ½ Teaspoon
White cheddar cheese, shredded and divided 1 Cup
Plant-based Ground


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Bake potatoes for 1 hour. When done, cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3
While the potatoes cook, add the OZO Plant-Based Ground to a medium skillet and cook over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as you go.
Step 4
Slice the cooled potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the insides into a large bowl; set skins aside.
Step 5
Add the sour cream, milk, chives, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the cheese and 1/2 of the cooked ground to the bowl and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins. Top each with remaining cheese and cooked ground.
Step 6
Return the filled skins to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browning. Let cool and enjoy!
