“That’s My Jam” Burger

Two burger patties layered with white cheddar cheese, creamy peanut butter, chunky blueberry jam, and caramelized onions – all layered inside a potato bun.


Canola Oil 2 Tablespoons
Potato Buns 4 Each
OZO™ Plant-Based Burger Patties 8 Each
White Cheddar, Sliced 8 Slices
Peanut Butter, Creamy ¼ Cup
Blueberry Jam ¼ Cup
Caramelized Onions (Recipe Below) 1 Cup
Plant-based Burger Patties


Step 1
Heat skillet and add oil, toast bun slightly and set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet on medium-high heat, place burger patties and cook until heavily browned on one side.
Step 3
Flip burgers over and add a slice of cheese to each patty. Cook until internal burger patty temperature is 165°F and cheese has melted.
Step 4
Build each burger in the following order:
1. 1 Each Potato Bun Heel
2. 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
3. 1 Each OZO Plant-Based Burger Patty, Cooked
4. 1 Each White Cheddar Slice
5. 1 Each OZO Plant-Based Burger Patty, Cooked
6. 1 Each White Cheddar Slice
7. ¼ Cup Caramelized Onions
8. 1 Tablespoon Blueberry Jam
9. 1 Each Potato Bun Crown


White cheddar slices can be substituted with plant-based cheese.


Yellow Onion, Peeled, Sliced Lengthwise into Strips 2 Cups
Canola Oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt, Kosher ¼ teaspoon
Water ¼ Cup


Step 1
In a skillet on medium heat, add oil.
Step 2
Add onions and salt to skillet and turn heat to medium low.
Step 3
Let onions cook uncovered for ~20 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water to the pan after 10 minutes to deglaze.
Step 4
When onions are deeply browned and water has evaporated, remove onions from heat.
Step 5
Serve onions warmed.
