Queso Fundido

Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
OZO™ Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground 12 oz.
Monterey or Oaxaca cheese, grated 2 ½ cups
Roasted salsa 2 cups
Flour tortillas or 12 oz tortilla chips for serving 8 tortillas

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground and cook, stirring frequently to cook evenly and prevent sticking, about 6-7 minutes.
Step 2
Once cooked, drain the fat from the skillet, or place the cooked meat over a paper towel to absorb the fat.
Step 3
Place the cooked meat in an oven-proof dish, setting aside 2 tablespoons to garnish when ready to serve. Divide the meat and cheese into two smaller oven-proof dishes or one large oven-proof dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the cooked meat and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Do not overcook or it will have a chewy texture.
Step 5
Serve warm with salsa and plenty of flour tortillas or tortilla chips.
