Power Breakfast Burgers

OZO™ Plant-Based Burger Patties 4 Patties
Bacon 4 Strips
Butter, divided 4 Tablespoons
Large eggs 4 Eggs
Kosher salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Large kale leaves, stems removed 8 Leaves
Avocado, sliced thin 1 Avocado
Hot sauce (optional)
Plant-based Burger Patties


Step 1
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon to desired doneness. Remove from heat, place on a plate lined with paper towels, and set aside.
Step 2
In a small nonstick pan placed over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Step 3
Crack egg into pan. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until white is set. Remove and season with salt and pepper. Repeat process with remaining eggs.
Step 4
Preheat griddle to 325°F and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook burger patties about 3-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 165°F. Remove from heat.
Step 5
To assemble each burger, lay two kale leaves on a plate. Top with a burger patty, followed by a fried egg and a few avocado slices. Drizzle with your favorite hot sauce (if you like), wrap kale around the burger, and enjoy!
