Scrambled Egg Toast: OZO Plant-Based Applewood Bacon

Ingredients

OZO Plant Based Applewood Bacon 1 package
Sour Dough Bread, sliced 1 Small Loaf
Avocado, cut in half 4 Medium Size
Eggs 8 Eggs
Water 2 tbsp.
Olive Oil 1 tbsp.
Chives, finely chopped 1 Bunch
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

Step 1
Cook OZO Plant based bacon according to skillet directions on pack, once finished cooking chop into bite sized pieces. While OZO bacon is cooking toast about 8 slices of bread in a toaster.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Place a skillet over medium heat and add the oil, let the skillet become warm then pour in egg mixture. Let the egg mixture cook for a few seconds and then pull a rubber spatula across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of eggs; continue stirring the eggs every few seconds until all the liquid has turned into scrambled eggs. Turn off heat and set aside.
Step 3
Assemble Time! Take a piece of toasted bread and spread half an avocado on the surface. Next, add some scramble eggs, sprinkle of chives, salt & pepper to taste, and several pieces of OZO plant-based bacon. Repeat until all toasts have been assembled!

Sour Dough Bread, sliced 1 Small Loaf
Cottage Cheese 16 oz.
Cherry Tomatoes 10 oz.
Italian Parsley, roughly chopped 1 Bunch
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

Step 1
Cook OZO plant-based bacon according to skillet directions on pack, once finished cooking chop into bite sized pieces. While OZO bacon is cooking toast about 8 slices of bread in a toaster.
Step 2
Next, Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, set aside.
Step 3
Assemble Time! Spread about ¼ cup of cottage cheese on the toast, add some cherry tomatoes, sprinkle of fresh parsley, salt & pepper to taste, and several pieces of OZO plant-based bacon. Repeat until all toasts have been assembled!

Avocado, cut in half 4 Medium Size
Fresh Jalapenos, thinly sliced 2 Large Size
Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbsp.
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

Step 1
Cook OZO Plant based bacon according to skillet directions on pack, once finished cooking chop into bite sized pieces. While OZO bacon is cooking toast about 8 slices of bread in a toaster.
Step 2
Assemble Time! Spread ½ of the avocado on the toasted bread, add sliced jalapeno, sprinkle of red pepper flakes, salt & pepper, and top with several pieces of OZO plant-based bacon. Repeat until all the toasts have been assembled!
